What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor FOH teams across Sestina, The Eddy, and a VIP Cocktail Lounge
- Define and uphold service standards that reflect the personality of each venue
- Create and manage manager and hourly schedules that balance team wellness and operational flow
- Partner with chefs and the beverage team to ensure cohesive guest experiences
- Monitor P&Ls and manage labor and inventory with a focus on long-term financial health
- Implement systems and SOPs that support scale without sacrificing soul
- Serve as the on-site expert for POS and reservation platforms
- Lead pre-shift meetings that are informative, energizing, and connective
- Be present during peak times—guiding the floor, supporting the team, and connecting with guests
- Foster a sense of place, pride, and purpose in everyone you lead
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of general management experience in elevated, full-service restaurants
- Proven ability to lead multi-outlet or multi-concept operations
- Strong financial acumen and comfort with P&L and performance metrics
- A team-first leadership style that balances accountability with empathy
- A systems mindset with an eye for both detail and experience design
- Fluency in hospitality tech platforms (POS, reservations, labor tracking)
- Poise under pressure and genuine enjoyment in guest-facing moments
- A respect for local culture, seasonal rhythms, and purposeful design
