We're seeking a Server Assistant at The Preacher's Son that supports the service team in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring tables are clean, well-prepared, and efficiently maintained throughout service. This role is essential in helping servers provide seamless hospitality by anticipating needs, resetting tables promptly, and maintaining the overall flow of the dining room.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner when assisting servers.
• Support servers by pre-bussing tables, refilling water and non-alcoholic beverages, and delivering bread, condiments, or other table necessities.
• Reset and sanitize tables quickly and thoroughly to ensure a smooth seating flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and restrooms as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and hosts to anticipate guest and team needs.
• Assist with running food and beverages when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.Uphold company values of hospitality, teamwork, and guest-centered service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Positive, guest-focused attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
